A Bit About Me:: I don't like to work. I just want to hang out with my friends and do whatever we feel like doing. So... I spend so much time and energy making connections and engaging my prospective clients to become my friends:) ... this way we'll be able to hang out, look at homes, talk about real estate, go to lunch and talk about our families and party at night. The next day, call each other and do the same thing all over. Our clients are life long. We don't just say it like a cliche. Most of our team members are also past clients who became our friends and now are working with us and if we're not working we're having a barbecue at someone's house ... a Tampa4U house:)

It seems that inspite of the sluggish real estate market there is a market that seems to be least affected: The Luxury Real Estate Market. Possibly because people with money will always have money regardless of the downturn in economy or real estate. They will jus have a little less of it but they still have money.
