I market Savannah Lakes Village because I believe it to be the best choice for anyone thinking about retirement or relocation to the South. With a wide array of homes, in a community that surrounds Lake Thurmond, enjoying 2 championship golf courses, plenty of activities with great neighbors, and POA dues under $100 per month, this is affordable living. Coming from Canada I lived in New York State for 30 years before I ventured South. I enjoyed the very real southern hospitality that you so often hear about and decided to make this my home. I hope others will join me.
